Born and bred in Brooklyn to caribbean parents, Ray obtained a BA in Management degree from Baruch College while simultaneously working in the music industry in different facets such as tour manager and record promoter at both the major and independent levels.  These experiences allowed Ray to work with such well revered artists as Boys II Men & Queen Latifah at Motown Records and Georgia Mass Choir as the National Director of Promotions of the legendary Savoy Records.
